Why so little running by Merc?
They encountered problems again?
Was it a problem with the gearbox or precautionary check?
Bit of both if I remember correctly, nothing terminal but something considerable enough to focus on.

Rosberg is slowly improoving his times on the hards
Drop off is pretty bad at the moment though, losing roughly a second a lap. Might be heating the tyres too much as he's fighting back to the 28's after cooling them down.
Seems odd that drivers are going faster on the harder tyre. Then again it could be better track conditions and lower fuel loads. The joys of testing!
