http://www1.skysports.com/formula1/video/12870/8476063 Looks a bit shaken, few signs of anxiety for his first short day and Mercedes in general wasting 2 days of testing. From his eye movement it sounds like even Mercedes don't have a conclusive result of the brakes failing and just put out an answer for him to repeat considering he looks to his right which is imaginary thought. Still looks like he is still a bit alien to the team with the shrug of the shoulders (LH:"Not sure") when he was asked about how he was doing with his new team, comes out with a positive response for the media and Brackley base which is normal tbh, any person would be like that if you don't want to step on toes or cause ripples etc... I'm sure Lauda and Toto will be on the teams case all through the night to make both drivers happier with the car and above all safer!
My opinion of the Interview with Toto and looking at his body language. Oh oooo... He looks very nervous and he keeps putting on a fake smile, not good!
Hulk, ozzing confidence, a lot of it! Romain happy but focused, bit of anxiety with regards of times to the others.
At least toto is putting his foot down with regards to safety of the drivers but even he looked annoyed with the last 2 days. But he was relaxed when it came to saying it would be rectified!
That is what I always believed. However, people, including academics, always put an "an" before the likes of "Historical"...? Seriously, what the f... I am furious enough to rant, but not really bothered enough to look it up!
From what I can remember, you can use "an" in front of a consonant-beginning work if the consonant is silent(ish). So "An Historical" is ok because when you say it is comes out as "An 'istorical" (ish). I think if you adhere to "a" with a consonant and "an" for a vowel then that's usually fine. I looked this up the other day and I'm fairly sure both are acceptable in the case of "An/a historical". I suppose Ted could justify it as he's pronouncing it "An Arrr-beee-nine", but I think that's pushing it a little.
Two days of testing and we're already up to 500+ posts. I reckon we can easily break 2000 by the end of this!
It was quite telling that Hamilton said the W04 had less downforce than the MP4-27. I know I'm jumping to conclusions somewhat but I think their chances for 2013 are over already and they would be wise to put most of their efforts on 2014.
The car isn't entirely bad, if they could sort reliability out they would be clearly faster than Force India and on par with a few of the front, but I think the major MAJOR! problem is the team stricture as a whole. Toto knows its a big job to be done and that's what he is most worried about. Hi, and Lauda had to pretty much force Mercedes to drop out of today, find out what went wrong and pretty much get a grip of things and step on Ross' toes by the looks of things. Something is majorly wrong with the structure there that it will take longer than a couple of months to fix...
That's nothing... Two days in and we're already picking who should just give up an concentrate in 2014.
If he's anywhere near as good as Mika I'll be happy. He should easily be rookie of the season if Bianchi doesn't go to FI, hopefully he gives Maldo a run for his money.
