I know its only pre season etc and I will get shot down in flames when I write this but if we don't manage to score tonight I will start to have a few concerns about the start of the season as we have to hit the ground running this year as our fixtures are more winnable at the start of the season.

Have a mate at the game and he is saying that Redmond is going to play for England one day a real handfull running at defenders with tricks up his sleeve and loads of pace and knows when to release the ball.

its really not about the result for the players though. its trying to get a good communication going between each other and get fit. score is irrelevant

Weve barely broke sweat with half a 1st team against a decent championship side who is ahead of us by a couple of weeks in pre season. Another job done, and closer to fitness!
