I made my comment about Poyet before he made that comment as it was so inevitable that he was going to say something like that.

Looks like Uruguay are playing quite a rigid 4-3-1-2. Old school.

 

It's quite exciting to see one of our players being an important part of a big national team. I'm far too young to remember any of our players being big players for their countries.

Whilst Spain are very good at what they do, it makes the game fairly dull to watch overall

What in God's good name do you do about this? Uruguay need to stop showing Spain so much respect, they could also do with a couple of Schneiderlins running about.
