Our home form was not exactly great last season. To be in contention for 4th spot we need to win at least 12 games at home and 9 games away. We must not lose more than five games throughout the season.
thats pretty much it rattle... thats 63 points right there. another 7-9 in draws as well. I don't know that only losing 5 is what 4th is about. only losing 5 will get 2nd.... or there abouts. say 20-10-8 that would be a pretty good record and thats 70 points. after that its hard to say. just beat the bottom ten teams home and away and you can get there.

Opening game? Well, given that Fergie is no now selecting the first game of the season for United, they won't be getting their usual bye and gift 3 points.
