Place went into meltdown because there was a tongue-in-cheek thread about Speed. The Geordies and cyprusssyd got wind of it and went into overdrive. What started off as a simple thread which would have died a death within a couple of hours then turned into a meltdown.

In the fall out some people got temp bans, some got permanent bans. What it really did was expose the hypocrisy of people who're happy to make sick jokes when it suits them but then go into mope mode when it doesn't.

Sadly, the place has gone a bit downhill since then and GC has been a bit overrun with mopes and boring ****s with no sense of humour.

 

It's a shame that in modern society, people still dislike members of our community praising great, honest people in the manner of song.

Or maybe it was your voice?

 

I can tell, it's not very fun or funny anymore, no one likes to argue...( in a funny way)
