I was only joking about (as was Grayson). The only legend we could probably claim to share is Don Revie - great player for you and a world-class manager for us whose legacy lives on to this day. Twice the man that awful twat Clough was too. :)

Apparently, both O'Neill and Lee Clark ruled themselves out for the Leicester job. But O'Neill's odds with Skybet have plummeted and Clark is now the favourite. Why is this? I know people are going to say "that's not our betting works", but O'Neill's "announcement" has clearly had an impact, but Clark's hasn't.

Because Clark hasn't ruled himself out, he's just said he's not had any contact and he's happy at Huddersfield. That doesn't mean anything really.

After listening to the Huddersfield fans I'd be disappointed if it was him now.

Apparently, Radio Leicester have just played out an interview with Lee Clark where he said:

'I am committed, but that doesn't mean if another club comes calling...you know'

Read into that what you will.

What I make of that is that he's not committed <laugh>

What a stupid thing to say!

O'Neil has made no official announcment?

Clark has never managed in the championship or the prem, why would he even be considered?

O'Neil, Hughes, Curbishley in that order, do not mention that poisen dwarf TW*T

I wouldn't actually mind Billy Davies to be honest. He's done well in the Championship before with average teams and given money to spend, I think he would do well. I don't think he'd be top of my list, but he'd be worth considering.

Wow, Clark's definitely not out of it if that's true. Still can't see him as the favourite though, considering some bigger names are currently out of work anyway.

As I've said previously, I'm getting a bit worried about some of the names touted. O'Neill or Curbishley would be the only ones from the top 8 favourites for me.

I see Powell's up there now. Can't see any chance of that happening, the guy only became a manager two minutes ago.

Can I throw a curve ball into the mix here???

    Paolo DiCanio at Swindon!!!!!!!!!

He's doing wonders down this way with Swindon, apart from getting lost in the Swindon Half-Marathon ;-)

But seriously, Swindon were going nowhere until he arrived and now they are going to be serious promotion candidates, I know it's League 2 but you've got to start somewhere look at MON, he started at Wycombe!!!!

    Regards

    Neal.

Paulo is only just starting getting into management. Another little Italian with prem experience is Gianfranco Zola

But I don't want an Italian in charge as the team wold be boring just like Capello and England

The only Italian I'd want would be Di Matteo but I don't think we could tempt him out of Chelsea.

Di Matteo would be good, Baggies fans loved him and still gutted he was sacked, they said he didn't deserve it.

I do not want Clarke, I would have Paul Lambert (aware he is unlikely to come), but I would love Nigel Pearson back.
