For every Fergie/Rafa postitive examples there are 100's of **** ones that went nowhere.

Not sure where we're going atm.

  2. True, but there aren't many good ones that started doing well immediately. Especially without a bucket load of cash.

Agreed. I'm going to stop posting before I get very, very negative.

But there is just so much to do to get this squad anywhere near good its painful.

Not sure we have the money/expertise/experience to get to where we want to be either.

    Just don't see it.

KENNY KOP KING: I respect that you have your opinion and it differs from mine. What you seem unable to grasp is what an utter bell end you sound?

As I don't know you I will have to go on the evidence posted here and conclude you are the worse type of moaning, self righteous tool of a fan I detest. It's a shame we are fighting amongst ourselves but your posts attack my club and I find you tedious because I can't be arsed feeling like I have to constantly defend my own club in our own board?!

This is a smokescreen imo. Clarke and Moyes don't have money, the latter is genuinely challenging for top 4. I never expected a top 4 finish this season but we have seriously under-performed agaisnt even the most soft of targets. We've gone backwards and the players (good players) look lost. Not good.

It's my club too; has been for 45 years and will be till i die. If you can't bring your precious self to be critical of the club for the good of the club, at least have the decency to **** OFF AND LET OTHERS DO SO. The bell ends on here are the ones suggesting that if you are not happy with **** performances and **** management, to go look for another club......I mean YOU!

    Night.

i've said my piece on rodgers now. i gave him time and frankly while he;s done a few good things i think he's well sort. no point labouring the point.

some questioned players after west brom while i questioned rodgers.. today we were playing another tactic and one that we played in russia in the group phases. we faield then and we failed now as hulk was making us look weak as hell. We made it to 70mins scoreless i suppose...

I've said my piece on this week defining our season before the game monday. i think our season has been defined. So there's no point dwelling on it.

Also its prob a good idea to get the hell off here and go talk to the missus cos its valentine's day! I've gone out of my way to make a week of it with flowers, breakfast in bed and so forth so needless to say while LFC might be in the ****... i am not.

So my advice is get the hell off for the night and relax. you can use good office time tomorrow instead of working for the moans... i will.... only moans tonight are for fun

Is true but it's not as though he hasn't done it with both hands tied behind his back with regard to finances (compared to us)

    Lol Personal, juvenile?

I didn't call anyone names mate. And despite your several ventures that way I'll try not to fall into calling a fellow red names no matter how much we disagree.

I didn't call anyone slow because they didn't agree with me.

I'm not the one suggesting those with different opinions to mine are blind, dumb & know nothing.

Blind faith? Totally ignored the detail of my post( and many others) then. I'm critical specifically without it turning into a "the world is going to end" every time I'm disappointed or even angry with events. Although I dip into the amateur dramatics occasionally on the match threads.

I actually wasn't the first to use the "find another club" in this thread and I thought it was obvious mine (i cant speak for RHC intentions) wasn't a literal suggestion, and if it wasn't obvious my clarification to you should have resolved it. Funny how you picked out mine though? I upset you some other time? Sorry I just don't remember mate.

As for my "dissection" of Micah's post: that's what forum discussions about. He claimed fact regarding managers & performance I attempted to refute it. I'm fairly sure someone else did exactly the same thing shortly after, getting at them? Na...

The only accusations I have made on this thread are about being impatient & melodramatic. Your aggressive and yes ranty posts continue to confirm these observations.

What solutions? I'm not employed by the club, I won't be employed by the club ever, so what "solutions" could I bring. I know exactly where my opinions sit in the scheme of things: do you?

Lemming? I follow no one mate. I'm don't bow down automatically to authority, I don't buy into media opinion and I certainly don't buy into the baying mob looking for a scapegoat everytime they're unhappy with the world.

Frankly; I don't give a stuff how you support the club. Positive, negative balance of both, that's your call. I'm no better a supporter than the next man so that means no better than you. But I'll not be bullied into this need to divide into for/against camps that appear to have kept dividing LFC supporters since RB was manager.

So, am I behaving in a superior manner? Probably. Hard not to when responding to someone who resorts to petty name calling & espousing some higher insight into football. Hey! Maybe you've forgot more about football than I'll ever know but that matters feck all to me.

I mean we both want LFC to succeed. All this when its stripped of the bollox tonight is that you don't believe its happening under BR & want him out now. I don't know if BR can do it but I'm prepared to wait and see. But apparently that means I'm some naive dunce being spoon fed crap. To be a tad juvenile myself you set yourself up as the person in the more knowledgable position; I just called bullshit.

    Me Juvenile? Grow up son.

Just out of a dawning interest: did you perhaps have a different name on here before the current one? You are starting to remind me of someone. A presence I haven't felt since.....

    BR, you mean Buck Rodgers?

Far beyond the world I've known
    Far beyond my time
What am I, who am I, what will I be
Where am I going and what will I see?

Searching my mind for some truth to reveal,
What thoughts are fantasy, what memories real?

Long before this life of mine
    Long before this time
What was there, who cared to make it begin,
Is it forever or will it all end?

    You're welcome.

If we are using Moyes as an example then lets not forget that Everton have been close to relegation on more than one occasion during his early tenure.
I don't know if rogers is the man to bring us success but he deserves a bit more support.
Zenit was always going to be a dificult game but if Suarez had scored from half his chances we would be hailing a draw and a great result. How can you legislate for him to miss 4 excellent chances?

  17. Nor have we given someone ten years to do it. Evans, Houllier and Rafa all got five years or more and they all built a team that was on the verge of a title. We have since had Hodgson, Kenny and Rodgers, its only thirty months since Rafa left!

Moyes flirted with relegation early on before getting fourth in his third season!

I'm not saying BR is or isn't the right man, I am saying he needs to be given time to find out!

Ok maybe I haven't made myself clear?

No one is suggesting all is well in the LFC camp. Nor am I suggesting we shouldn't criticise the things we don't like.

What I am saying is constantly questioning our manager after every poor performance undermines
the club. Id love to know where you think a knight in shining armour will come from to rescue lfc? Wasn't that supposed to be Rafa? Or Kenny?
Leaping to your apparent default BR stance of 'look! I told you so' at every opportunity is tedious.

Rodgers is our man - chances are he won't be the next Shanks but we won't find our next Shanks unless we get behind him and give him time. You seem incapable giving BR either of these commodities which leaves you without even the glimmer of hope every supporter should have regardless of their team.

    Quite sad really.

Moyes has had 10 years to build his ideal squad and implement his philosophy and style of play on the whole club.

And Clarke inherited a well drilled, well balanced and well run West Brom side. The players all knew what they were doing and he's been free to make his tweaks to a side that was already a formidable and hard to beat West Brom side.

Rodgers inherited a team that couldn't score goals and were on a very poor run (relegation form infact) and a side that couldn't defend as a team very well either. Most of the senior attacking players also left to make it worse and we had no experience left in the side.

The first line of my first response summed it up perfectly; i now accept i wasted my time since: patronising ****er. I rest my case.

btw Been the same name since BBC606.....but doesn't surprise me that others have fallen foul of your holier than thou perspective.....I suggest that if you don't like reading negative things about the club, only log on here after we've won....say 3 in a row.....oh, hold on.....
