Funny. One of my best buddies used to work in the kitchen there. Probably close to 20 years ago. But I only knew it as global village. I am/was indifferent to the closure.
 
If memory isn’t failing me I’m pretty sure I was there a few times in the late 90’s, maybe very early 2000’s and that was it.
