What are your thoughts after this 2-0 home win against Shrewsbury, Do you think it is over or do you think this is only the start.
    Well done.

It's only half-time with the tougher away half to go. Torquay did play well and if the play the same way on Friday should be going through to the final.

Yeah the way that you say it is like a half time is a great explanation for this, I know alot about the play offs and all that in this league and even having a lead like that don't mean it is plain sailing, well it never is in football, But they will just need to keep focus and they will do it.

just got back, absolutely delighted with the result, although it could of been 3 or 4 nil.Shrewsbury have their work cut out to get through now, although not over yet,we are very good on the counter attack away from home,so if we keep focused we should be ok.Graham Turner i think has already stoked our players up with his post match comment, which was ,we can play a lot better than that,i am not sure torquay can, that will drive our boys on on its own.I thought both sets of fans played there part in an electric atmosphere, plenty of singing and banter.Still its half time and more twists and turns to come for sure

I think it's an uphill battle for the Shrews. At least one of their defenders is out and given they have to come out and get an early goal to get back into the game, the strong strike force of Torquay may well close the game off early.

I could not understand them booing Robinson. It is not his fault that Shrewsbury never put a clause in the loan deal.

totally agree and the shrews keep on about that ainsworth goal when my team beat them, it was one of their own players that helped beat them today and the other goal was scored by an ex wycombe player they must hate my team even more now<cheers>
