You might indeed add but it does not mean you are correct, it all depends on your definition of stars.

Is Tony Watt a star? I would say not.

Haha brilliant . You pull me up for a grammar mistake (after having a go at me last week when you mistakenly thought i did that to you , hypocrit ) then liken a football team to a movie .

There are hundreds of films where the supporting cast is filled with "stars" . Have you never seen How the west was won ?

Your simile is ****e . Sorry DEVFAIL <rofl>

The word "star" is commonly used to describe football players . It appears in newspapers every day of the week . You are just being a pedant . Typically tedious input from the resident Tims in here .

This thread is about what may be Rangers starting line up next season not what your standards are in relation to certain adjectives .

Now if you want to have a reasonable discussion about football matters then feel free to post something that is relevant to the subject matter .

So you base your opinions now on the words of people you argue with daily on here, constantly trying to undermind them. <laugh>

You are a bundle of contradictions.

In all seriousness, that team should win Div2 with their eyes shut.

Is that 4 internationalists in there and that's assuming Alexander is definitely off? (McCulloch, Wallace, Shiels, Peralta) plus Templeton and Daly who I don't think are internationalists but are of the same quality as those playing for their national teams.

What do you think are realistic targets for Rangers next season?

Is winning the league enough or are you really looking for a cup final (not the Ramsdens)? The squad suggests to me that McCoist, at least, reckons you can win a cup or at least get to a final.

Still think the biggest improvement will need come from mccoist himself.

    Not a bad team though.

Tbh all I'll be looking for is a vast improvement in attitude and application . Ball retention and passing need to improve and if we can get that right and play at pace then there is no reason we can't have a decent cup run .

Anything more than winning the league will be a bonus . Anything less disaster .

Would probably agree with that . McCoist needs to improve but his signings don't fill me with confidence.

You could have 10 young players, is it so hard to get your round calling the two or three best ones the stars?

    Stars of the reserves?
    Stars of the u15's?

    This place is mental.
