Myself and sons were given tickets for the above for the Man City game from another son - a serving soldier abroad who arranged the gift. Had a great day, lovely meal etc. The staff were excellent but our view of the actual game was constantly spoiled by the tv cameraman who stood up every time there was an exciting bit of play. Everyone around us felt the same, constantly shouting at the camera man to sit down. When we were later asked about our experience I mentioned this to the lady taking the survey and was given a card and asked to forward my comments. I emailed Ben Milhench with a courteous suggestion on how things might be improved but wonder why I bothered. A month later - not even the courtesy of a reply. Customer service? Non existent.:emoticon-0104-surpr
