I say keep him, but Bruce will flog him off, IMO.

Bruce has got to go, we will buy another ten players this year, and another ten next year, just like he did at Brum, and then we end up like Brum, Mans a flop, just like FLO.

The increased and constant paper talk makes it look like this is probably going to happen. If (please note the 'if') it does, and Jordan does go...

Everyone knows we are very short of bodies. First summer move- sell one of our best prospects. I'm not too happy about the fact that in the past 6 months, we're selling our first two England lads since SKP and Mickey Gray. We're also selling our first academy breakthrough first-teamer for a fair while (I think!?). There's also been posts lately about the benefit of buying British- we're selling British (hopefully Catts will stay though).

20m is a good price and yes, probably more than he's worth. At the moment. However there is the worry that SAFC is a less attractive proposition if we're selling some of our better players. We need to replace with QUALITY this summer, ASAP. Or we'll be back to the pre-Bent days of struggling to get quality footballers to come here.

Best of luck to Hendo if it's true and if he does want to move on. However I think I speak for most SAFC fans when I say I'll be bitterly disappointed if there isn't at least £40m (Bent and Hendo bare minimum) invested in quality this summer, and if Short wants to take us further I'd expect to see him add some funds as well.
