Bridcutt and McGugan aren't good enough for the PL, they're good Championship players but I don't think they'd make enough of an impact in the PL. I'd like to see us go for Suso at Liverpool on a loan for the season, he's at the age where he's about to break through into their first team so why not let Liverpool test him with us? He won't get in ahead of Coutinho and I think Liverpool would want him loaned out for the season.

Sako certainly wouldn't be cheap, West Brom, Villa, Fulham and Norwich are all supposed to be in for him already, he's expect to go for £3-5m and he's already on over £25k a week.
