Doesn't work like that though as RVP as entered the last year of his contract whilst Fletcher still has 2 or 3 years to run. (BTW - that doesn't mean I think Fletcher is a £15m player but I think if that's the price we pay it won't be that up front - I'd expect 2-3m in add ons making it up to the £15m)
