Aye, because money = success I actually earn just below the average for an Oil & Gas worker because I don't actually, and never have, worked for an Oil & Gas company. I've sub-contracted for them. The fact is that I'm doing the day-to-day operation of the British end of condition monitoring contract for the largest Oil & Gas producer in Europe, a job that nobody under 30 on the continent has ever held. This time last year I was doing one offshore platform and no onshore sites for a tiny company. Now I've got 11 offshore platforms and 4 onshore sites I'm in charge of. That's why I'm successful
