How can you claim loss of earnings from a period AFTER he had worked out his contract?

Claiming the money back from wages witheld etc maybe.

"A former Gillingham footballer has been awarded more than £68,000 in compensation for being unfairly sacked by the club because he is black" wrong!! to be honest atm i feel we'd be better to sue all these media outlets for slader etc for misrepresenting the club as racist etc when there ws no evidence and we were found not guilty!!

agreed jokeykid - what have we to lose. Scally really should explore the possibility of litigation against these unsubstantiated libelous comments by the media - who knows, GFC might actually make more money than it has to pay Mr.McCammon.
