I'm at work too. I simply asked if you could explain how a hit to his tit would cause his 'fat fave' to 'wooble', because the sheer mechanics of that just don't make sense to me.

Its still unclear whether he has understood this word? This could be a first lads, an ever so slightly educated Mackem.

    Get a grip everyone.

They were awarded a penalty that was soft but correct. Happens all the time without being called but this time it was called, correctly.

Sessingnon backhanded a player to the face. I doubt it hurt much and Tiote looked like a bit of a fool but it was a clear sending off. Correct decision by the ref, who was about 6 feet away.

These two somewhat frustrating but correct decisions contributed to a drawn match. Either side could have won but if they had the losing side would have felt aggrieved.

Bragging rights ours for this year. Look forward to next year.

It doesnt matter if it was face or chest, its still a red. Remember Bartons red for hitting Pederson in the stomach?

He hit Tiote on the jaw. It wasn't hard. He still raised his hands. Red card.

Sunderland bossed the first half and the tactics were spot on... pressuring Newcastle midfield and strangling the play meaning we had to pump hopeful balls to the front two. O'Shea and Turner ate them up all day. Then quick and direct up the wings on the counter. O'Neill played it bang on.

However, when Pardew changed the formation at half time it was one way traffic. Even before the red card.

Would Newcastle have got level with 11 v 11? I'd say probably yes, but we'll never know. Because Sunderland players always seem to do something daft.

We had something like 6 attempts at goal in the first 10 mins of the 2nd half and 75% possession. I think that's fairly dominant.
