The vast majority of the SAFC lads are spot on.
They seem to be distancing themselves from MM and NMG which is no surprise.
Those two just don't seem to want to talk football.

 

The ones I had encountered previously were pretty much fantastic without exception. I don't understand why you'd want to join a board about football to just spout hatred. There is a general chat function on this forum alone they'd feel more comfortable with, and there are lots of weirdo forums that would cater even more for their special-ist needs.

Oh well, as long as they keep themselves away from the media limelight, the North East won't be tarnished by them.

 

If NMG persists to be a pest on here, he will be dealt with like the other wum's such as Tiote et al and be sent on a long holiday from this board...

 

Feeling a bit guilty as l have been a bit frivolous with regards to my comments. I too love the rivalry between the two camps, so long as it remains good natured barracking.

Obviously never want the Red and White side to do better than us, but would hate to see them get to the point where there is no competition of worth between us.

My bosses boss, is a mackem and had a huge photo of the SofL in the reception where l worked. next to this was a signed photo of him with his very good friend Mr Quinn.

Everyday l had to endure this sight, and i made sure that he knew my feelings about this form of torture every chance l got. Then ond day l came in to work to see the most

wonderfull framed portrait of Newcastle's very own Alan Shearer in the classic one-handed goal celebration pose. Who put it there, Mr Mackem of course, why, because he thought it

fair and respectful. What more can l say, and for those of you who may be sceptical, this on my oath is a true story.

bit of a flashback to mr T there.

 

Lived in a share house with a mackem down south of London, guy was one of the funniest ****ers i ever met. Me him and his Geordie mate all went down the pub for the 1-1 game last year and he went mental when they scored dancing round the pub, throwing his pint around, screaming at the t.v. all game. One of the funniest things i ever seen (after Shola scored).

They have some really good posters. Its difficult though because comment on anything to do with their team and some just immediately start moaning and complaining about an invasion/wumming. I have a bit of sport now and again because they are our rivals but some struggle with banter. BCS/Mushy/Commachio and plenty others will have a bit crack about either team and not get shirty if you dare say something negative about their team or positive about us.

Obviously some posters are hilariously tetchy/touched and I just can't help winding them.
