If you could bring 1 rule into football what would it be.

* Goal Line Technology
* No Diving
* Wage Caps

What would it be?

I think i would swing towards the goal line technology, as its the centre of many big games.

It dosent have to be what i said they were just a few ideas, what rule would you bring in?

Off-side.
I'd extend the front line of the penalty box to both touchlines,
and have no off-sides in the area between the two penalty boxes.
Play will be more open and the officials will only be watching the
ends of the playing area for off-side.

Pirate what are you doing coming on here with sensible ideas that I quite like and would work well.. you are only allowed this idea once and not allowed to campaign it under various different guises though..

Of the choices given ... Diving, gets right on my tits, ****in pussies.

They always say the difference between football and rugby players is, rugby players pretending they ain't injured throughout the game.

So mine would be if your injured you go off the pitch for a minimum 3 minutes, watch all of them stop rolling around then!

Tv referrals like in tennis or cricket that each team can make two referrals a game. Maybe we might get more right decisions in our favour

Administration costs including staff and players wages should be capped to the income at the gate. If anyone else (eg. sugardaddies) want to pay for extras (eg. inflated salaries or transfer fees for the players), they should be obliged to make seperate contracts which don't involve the football club.

i know you said 1 rule but i have 2 i like.

1, introduce the sin bin. yellow cards get a 10 minute period in the sin bin.

2, no more draws. if level at 90 mins then have a pen shootout to decide the game.

Banning the likes of Danny Pugh at Dirty Dirty Leeds. Some of his antics yesterday were an absolute disgrace to football. What a nasty bastard he is, and I was so chuffed when Reading beat them.
