Shearer should stop sitting on the fence and stop just agreeing with Lawro and Hanson

Newcastle are still unbeaten this season, although they have had the rub of the green a couple of times against QPR and, more recently, Wolves.

I am just wondering whether this might be the game where their luck runs out and I quite fancy Tottenham here, especially because Spurs will be buoyed by beating Arsenal in their last outing.

Let's not be too hard on Newcastle, though, because their central defensive pairing of Fabricio Coloccini and Steven Taylor does look very strong, and Yohan Cabaye has impressed me in midfield. Tim Krul is clearly going to be a top-class goalkeeper too.

But I see this as being the game which might make Newcastle boss Alan Pardew re-evaluate their season after an excellent start. They are not a top four side and, if they finish in the top half of the table with the squad they have got, then they have had an outstanding season.

For me, Harry Redknapp's side still look the most likely to get fourth place, and I would expect them to underline that by winning at St James' Park.

Prediction: 0-2

Nobody can expect anything less...

Im glad he has written us off. Its when he starts backing us we should start to worry.

Keep up the bad work Lawro!

:D

Speaking of Lawro's ****ing **** moronic predictions, Frankie Dettori (the guy he's going head-to-head with this week) is backing us for a 1-0 win.

Their results are basically the same apart from our game...

Not gonna lie though, I'm delighted he's predicted a win! :)

I think he should re-evaluate his choice of fake tan and general style of hair and dress

It's pretty much what we all predicted he would say. It will be great if the boys prove him wrong (AGAIN) on Sunday.

edit
We just need that mong Merson to back Spurs and the points will be ours!

Not sure he will be making a prediction this week. He been questioned by police after crashing his car into a lorry lol. Drink driving apparently :p
