18 months - 2 years ago Rick Everitt told me on a couple of occasions he was part of card. There was even a photo of Card in a boozer about a year ago. Rick was in the photo, never been a fan of CARD but it's always been out there that Rick is.
Now that I think of it, he has been interviewed on the radio as a CARD representative, once by Jim White after the Meire interview, and another time when he threatened to make the club unmanageable.
Surely the meetings with the EFL are beneficial as they tell the fans at what stage 'the deal' is. One quote from them solves having to trawl through countless pages of guesswork and opinions on the boards.
Everitt definitely previously stated - on CARD Life - that he was not part of CARD and their organised protests. That fella doesn’t represent me and my views, & never will. Everything he is and stands for is an anathema to me Whoever the next owner is, Everitt will still be a pain in the arse.
I’ve merely expressed my own personal views - I’ve never relied on the club for a job or for income from fanzine sales.
Oh sorry, I thought working in Westminster that you were used to such actions from MP s ….. and whatever the Socialist version is?? something to do with a red flag or a Derek Hales T. Shirt perhaps?
