I'm quite happy with it. There's far more than 3-4 minutes in stoppage time in the half of your average match, and more football is good!

Think every single Group A and B match went to England's preference, heh.

 

While I am for this, there needs to be a degree of common sense used as well. Adding 10 mins of added time to the end of the England-Iran game when the score was 6-1 was totally unnecessary.

 

In fairness they needed that to find a way to get Iran a consolation.

 

Don’t worry, the other England will probably turn up for that one.

 

If we can beat USA then hopefully a draw in the final game will be enough for both of us.

 

More courage in that one statement than all of FIFA (and frankly, all of the western FAs that backed down under threat of a single yellow card).

 

Everyone banging on about Argentina as joint-favorites this year. Are they any better than in previous tournaments? I know they won Copa America, but its quite an old side now.
