If I was in charge of Porto when an offer like this came in I'd be truly stunned and definetly would accept the offer. £70m is a lot of money for a player worth around £25m because he isn't 100% proven, his a gamble (Although I reckon at £25m he would be worth it).

I suspect it was either Chelsea or Real Madrid who offered (If true), I think it'd be more likely to be Chelsea.

But still, £70m. you wouldn't even get an offer like that on Football Manager.

Yeah Bebe's agent has absolutely tons of players on his books from Spain, Portugal and South America and has a monopoly on all the rising talents I think, so at least part of the reason why Bebe was bought was to get in this guys good books and have a decent chance at future deals for players.

Even £25m is far too much, Hulk really isn't that good.

No 25m is not at all to much, when henderson and downing are 20m and carrol is 35m. im pretty sure the only time you saw hulk play was last year in the europa, and you probably still only watched around 2-3 games. He is acctually very good, i really dislike him but hes really good. He's strong, fast, skillfull, can cross and finish wow, header, can get pass a man. He'd be perfect for the EPL with speed and strength his main assets.

If you compare the prices of other players around the world recently hes very easily worth 25m, although falcao is better in my opinion.
