I think if anything the last few games may have helped in cause in convincing the board he needs funds. Prior to Spurs we were papering over the cracks with unconvincing wins against Villa, Norwich and Hull. Can you imagine what the Glazer would have thought had we won the last two games aswell ? No problem here lads just carry on.

It's all part of Moyes masterplan to get the Glazers spending. Honest <whistle>

I personally highly doubt we will sack him <ok>

I think this window will signal his likely longevity mate. If they back him with sizeable funds, he's got a while in the hot seat.

If the window closes & they've spent knack all, he's a dead man walking

Even these ****ing greedy yank batards must realise that they need to maintain their investment by spending big. They have in United the biggest acquisition which they grabbed via bank loans and this huge asset will quickly go down the pan if they do not put money in. I am sure they wont be putting their own money. It was/is/will be all about borrowing from banks...<doh>

is embarrassing that a team spend more to stay out of relegation but a team who should be challenging for the title and needed serious investment in key areas did spend less.
what about Saints .. they outspend us and they were almost challenging for top4
everyone was buying expect us .. even Arsenal outspend us <doh>

regarding money spend, sorry, how many time we let our targets slip away over the years bcz we didn't want to match what rivals were offering, I just lost count, the Bale deal is just a bullsh!t, there is nothing official that confirmed it , if we really wanted to pay 100m , why Spurs sell for less? i never read anywhere that spurs officially turned down 100m offer.

Moyes had the money to spend.

We all saw how me chose to spend it.

tbh Fellaini was his last choice .. if it was his first choice we could had bought him cheaper
we were linked to many better players but it is not his duty to finalize the deals , but ed woodward and the board needed to sanction more money to conclude those deals and that never happened

    first nothing here is official
and secondly, you have contradicting information between what you are saying and the paper is saying, you are saying Bale didn't want to join us , when the paper says he flew back from Madrid to discuss a deal with UTD officials .. this mean the player was open for a move to UTD, beside he stated before that he prefer UTD move over Real .. so sure it was UTD who didn't want to match Real offer

Isco and that other modfielder Madrid bought for starters.

For in and around that sum you can buy some pretty good players. Thiago is another. For a little more theres Modric.

Vidal, gundogan, rues, bender wouldnt have cost much more.

    Literally loads.

There are several related issues that all bring into question Moyes ability to manage at the highest level.

    1) First of all let's look at Everton..................new manager, did they collapse - no, in fact the opposite. They have flourished since Moyes departure and have developed a more attacking, less defensive style of play under Martinez, who was himself making a step-up when he took the Everton job. Evidence, if it was needed, that Moyes (and most importantly his coaching staff) have an inherently defensive outlook.

    2) Sacking the coaching staff - more than anything, this will be the cause of our downfall. fergie could have taken weeks or months out and still the OT/Carrington machine would have run without him, same as any big company. Had Moyes simply replaced Fergie and left the established coaching framework ion place we wouldn't be in this mess. The Everton coaching staff have simply transplanted their defensive culture and less subtle training methods, the result of which is plain for all to see on the pitch - and now the injury list.

    3) Tactical ability - At the end of the day all that the ten outfield players can do is play according to the tactics laid down by the manager and again, plain for all to see, is the simple fact that Moyes is tactically inept, defensive by default and will not use the full depth of the squad - Zaha & Keane for two.

    4) That stupid effin grin each time we lose !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Each one a reason to sack him - together a recipe for long-term decline

please ignore the more, bcz we were not going to pay that much for a player
Thiago was in his list and we were after him according to media, but we never to made a bid and even if we did he would had chosen to be with his old manager , so cross out this one
and please ignore any Spanish players, bcz no one will snub Real to go oversea to join UTD.

till now you failed to show me one good name who was available at that price and would had realistically had joined us

only way to attract best quality , is to pay more and to offer the player more wages than he deserve ... look to Arsenal, did Ozil worth 41m? not really, but you have to pay more for better quality

over the past seasons we spend about 8m in average and the rest was funded by selling players ..we were behind many clubs in top 10 teams

1- is always easy to make non team better and is harder for champions to retain the title .. they says that always hardest thing is to remain at the top not to reach it which is easier
    2- agree
3- tbh every time he make substitution i feel it was the right one , his only problem tactically is that he is a bit too conservative at times but given how bad we are defending now after evra, Rio and vidic is injured or too old and carrick is not that young to defend everywhere, I really can't blame him now
    4- hhhh agree

1- we agreed to mention players at that price range, so pls don't bring any player who cost more bcz fkn cheap glazers are not ready to pay more unless he is so special like Bale or CR
2- pls don't bring in spanish players who moved to Real like we had any chance to sign them
3- Thiago will prefer to join Pep, beside he was in Manager targets lists but we never made an offer despite how much the media were saying that it was almost a done deal
