I think the answer to that question is No! And therefore we shouldn't sell him until we receive enough to buy one. He's done Ok since he's been back again.
I can't quite get the point of everyone wanting us to splash the money about madly to ensure survival and yet cash in on our biggest potential match-winner because it makes business sense. Also, as has been well stated above, we won't be likely to replace him adequately. If he carries on like he's played in the last 3 matches - holding the ball well, passing efficiently, working harder and still looking likely to make something happen then he can get noticed by better teams. Basically, if he keeps his head down then he'll get his money at a top team. That depends on him not having Anelka-esque advisors. We need to keep him for the season and then let him decide on his future.
