The hold up could be another case of the greedy agent. In this case it's Gilbert Francis Kacou who appears to be pulling the strings.

I just read that the Sponsor deal with Goldenway is initially for a year but worth £2m making it the largest financial deal at the club.
They probably had the kit for the photo shoot before the sponsor was in place.
