Separate names with a comma.
To get the file down to size, you'll need to use some picture editting software - the best thing you can do from the off is make it a JPG file....
Select 'Settngs' from waaaaaayyy up the top there. Then on the left hand side, under 'My settings' - about halfway down - select 'Edit Avatar'...
