Haven't been near the place since the concessions issue,it was the last straw. Can't wait for new owners.
Totally agree and im one of those who have boycotted kits/tickets until the allams have gone, revenue will go up with the return of fans but im thinking on a much larger scale, be nice to really market the club better if we can , as well as the possibilitys of hotels and anything else that could raise income levels. Im no expert at all on increasing revenue but has to be some experts out there who have ideas
After refusing to renew my season ticket I went on Saturday for the first time this season 'cause my brother came up from darn sarf (he too was a season ticket holder despite the fact he only made around 4-5 games a season). Realised how much I miss it - please leave quickly Allams.
I think we need a news only thread. I am losing track of what's going on. Seems a load of people and no one getting over the line. Mad.
Posted on here before i hate this thread. I hate looking at it but cant help myself. Its like having an old lady sat opposite you on a train or a bus and she's sat with her legs open and a high skirt on. You dont want to look but you just cant help yourself.
Pearson scared about the stadium obviously and drummed up his own group oh and regards to how the prem money is given to the clubs ? you get the basic £9m or so (prob £18m now) in August ,.. then you get another payment in December, then , February and then April and if you are on tv enough times you get any bonuses including league position etc at the end of the season .. so basically he is pretty much right , most clubs of our size will run at a deficit until end of the season , and with the potential takeover of the club , why would the selling party put themselves into more debt whilst selling ?
OK now I'm totally confused.. what happened to the UK investor that was filthy rich who was behind Pearson.. I give up .. let's just hope this reaches conclusion sooner rather than later
It's going to be later. There was a chance before the season started and when there was only one buyer, now with 3 prospective buyers and the value of the club changing on a weekly basis it's not happening soon if at all.
