On motd, it said Moreno had asked Klopp not to start him. If true, he deserves sacking never mind replacing!

Until Klopp stops his love in with Firminho we will get nowhere, by playing him in the centre it moves Origi and Sturridge, when fit, out wide which reduces their effectiveness. It's like Rodgers and Allen all over again.

It's also forcing coutinho wide which means we rely on the LB to provide the width.
 
Klopp got it wrong tactically. Very little width, defence is still poor (tbf Sakho and Matip are out injured) and the midfield is dog **** without Can. He cannot play Hendo as DLP.

I don't think the team needs a revamp. Clearly we have good enough players to beat Burnley. The tactics were all wrong and that's down to the manager. Not sure playing an attacking midfielder up front and wingers who cut inside and try to score from 30 yards 25 times in a game is the right tactic vs a packed defence. We saw this time after time last season.

It should have been obvious that trying to go through the middle of a packed defence was never going to work. I expected the manager to change things in the second half and try to play more down the wings. A Benteke would have been useful :bandit:

Resorting to coutinho's long range shooting was rather desperate and ineffective.
