Is this your attempt to make yourself feel better about the result? Like some kind of moral victory? Like, you lost, but at least you are pro-LGBT?
I am absolutely amazed if we didn't even made an enquiry about Hart. Get rid of him soonest or he will drag Klopp down with him.
Having watched it. The only possible conceivable reason I can see why Liverpool lost this relegation battle 6 pointer was due to Grujic not starting the game.. Everyone who is anyone knows that this guy is the best player currently on fifa16 and is highly regarded by everyone who knows their ****. The only other reason could be that due to injuries of all their other players no one has ever heard of, though clearly are the most highly regarded players by anyone who knows their stats an stuff. The poor result has absolutely nothing to do with being ****. @astro I'm backing you up here mate.
Sorry, I must be coming across as trollish, but I am not, I actually was astounded about losing to 19% possession, and how in the **** an ancient tweet from some twat was in any way relevant to this thread.......
Alex Ferguson finished 2nd in his second season at Utd. Man Utd noted the potential of Fergie. who went on to become the greatest British manager of all time. Brendan Rodgers finished 2nd in his second season with Liverpool. Liverpool never allowed Rodgers to manage his way, eventually sacking him. Just saying.
Liverpool always back their managers and give them time, just ask Rodgers, second place finish (best in years) King Kenny, 2 cup finals in the same season (winning one) Hodgson, oh, forget that he didn't even get a season with another mans team so we don't really know where he would have finished.
Well to be fair, our new owners came in knowing absolutely **** all about soccer and it didn't take long for them to realise that this Hodgeson feller didn't know what the **** he was doing...unlike FA.
We were **** today, and I'm thoroughly disappointed, but I haven't written off the season already. I think we have the right manager in Klopp, and he will see the weaknesses and put them right. We've been serial underachievers for a long time now - it might take some time to get it sorted. We really were dreadful today, though.
No. I supported him, in the same way I would support anyone who was at the club. I wanted him to do well, I had hoped for better from him, but after time I realised it wasn't going to work. I think Klopp is a different kettle of fish. I may be wrong of course, only time will tell, but Klopp is a very different person, so comparing him with Rodgers is a little pointless.
Wasn't a dig at you Saint, I supported Moyes and van Gaal until it became obvious they were out of their depth or out dated. I asked the question because (as I am sure you know) many on here instantly promote new managers/players well beyond anything they have actually shown at the time. What makes you say Klopp is a very different person to Rodgers?
Utd support their managers and allow them to manage their way. Moyes and Van Gaal weren't forced to sign players they never wanted. Rodgers openly admitted he never wanted Balotelli as he wasn't the type of striker Rodgers was looking for. How successful would Fergie have been if he was told John Hartson was arriving instead of Dwight Yorke?
