We had a pair nesting last year in a bit of tarpaulin next to the house. I was planning to move it but obviously couldn't then for a couple of months. They are nearly always the first birds to come and have a look when you are weeding aren't they? Very opportunistic birds.

Very tame as well, I have seen pictures of them taking food from the hand once you have their confidence, I'm going to keep trying...

Getting up at 3 or 4am in the middle of Winter to fly to London to see the famous Queens Park Rangers. The buzz you get when your train arrives in Shepherds Bush. You know you are where your football heart is. Down the pub for a pint and a burger and to see happy smiley familiar faces. The walk to the ground as you contemplate the team. Getting back home at 9, 10 or 11pm totally exhausted knowing that this is your greatest little pleasure.

Thing is, the conversation, beer and burger are always far better than the match

My drive home from work I glance to my right at the north sea, on a sunny day it is stunning across the salt marshes.

Walking the mutt through the local woods on a bright sunny morning (as I'm doing right now) when I'm usually sweating in a suit behind a desk about now.

This morning got even better when I encountered one of Mrs Uber's friends out doing the same...and this young woman is yum, yum, yum.

My smiling Hubbie picking me up from the airport after I have been off gallavanting for a whole weekend.

Being with my daughters in a coffee shop or pub, just being together.

Watching our pet rabbits, just getting on wiith their complicated lives in our garden, oblivous of us

Spontaneous get togethers with friends, where your kids get on well with their kids, the BBQ lights first time and everybody pitches in with food, drink and entertaining stories.

Getting all the change out of my pocket and arranging it in size order (my one submission to OCD)
A pint and a packet of crisps
The moment when you drink a cup of tea and immediately feel like you need another one...

Seeing my son laugh.
A good sneeze, particularly after a protracted pre-sneeze sniffle that can often end in the disappointment of only a near sneeze.
