wonder if this is an indication that SB is staying put.
With the way he's played over the past year and a half, I personally aren't exactly thrilled by this news.
Disagree, he's still looked great when he's been bothered, and I tend to think he'll be pretty bothered in the PL.
Nor me. Seems Elmo can play and give maximum effort when it suits him - this season was about the last 4/5 weeks.
Funny that, because in the relegation season he didn't seem to give much of a ****.
He had an inconsistent season but his best was still pretty decent.
I definitely don't like that he basically admits in the video he's only decided to stay because we're in the PL though.
He should hopefully be depth at best next season.

We should never sign players with his attitude. He cleary doesn't give a **** about the shirt or his responsibilities as a highly paid professional.

Perišić is Croatian and plays for Inter Milan, but other than that, you're bang on.
I hope not really. He's not in much demand though, I really believe most onlookers weren't that impressed by last season, and that's understandable.
It's pretty typical, he is a Bruce favourite and they get extended. But he wasn't arsed most of the season. I don't really want to be dependant on his crosses again, we are better up the middle or on the break anyway.
