Off Topic Mafia game: The island

The "Town" wins when all bad guys are wiped out and if they escape or it is inevitable both will occur.

Do do must kill bad guys and escape... But all bad guys must be wiped out (or inevitable) so we need to work out who is the killer and who is Mafia etc.

 

If i am forced upstairs im not going up first thats for sure!!!

I #readtherules about 4 times and have come to the conclusion that calling a lynch an "escape" was pointless confusion designed to waste my time

First I thought there was an escape and a lynch. Then I though an escaped person might come back later in the game.

But no, escape = dead #endof

 

The bastard got me killed last game

I killed him by mistake in chaos

 

Would be lame if everyone hid from the start though! Kind of horror movie is that!!

So we have to kill the bad guys and we have to escape? Which would suggest that while trying to lynch the bad guys we should be using the game choices to find a way to escape! Or am I the only one reading it this way?

 

no i opened it at 7am this monring in case the traffic was a disaster this morning. so that rule for mainly for mods actually.

"Right then" Prisoner 11 remarks.. "I'm starved, anyone else for lunch then?" A ripple of nervous laughter greets this most crass of jokes, but is serves its purpose. The moment of shock is broken and the group moves back inside, clearly the fat lazy bartard is no the only hungry one!

23 is dead and not one of the original 18 players so that checks out. 11 is an unfunny fat lazy bastard and the number for
@G'inho ... and the last one is number 6 which is @afcftw

Either afcftw liking the sea is some kind of clue, or it's just supposed to point out he couldn't be the one killing 23 -

It suggests @G'inho didn't kill either, but afcftw "studying the distant shoreline" and randomly noticing and screaming part is the clue? @G'inho joking could still be some psycho.

 

I was thinking prisoner 11 had to be Gerrez too

Edit: ooooh, hadn't seen that Gerrez is actually number 11 on the list!

If so that would be incredibly lame.

Prison 23 tried to escape and died didn't he because no one can escape on their own? Wasn't killed by the serial killer so doesn't let AFC off the hook? If I read that whole passage right?

 

I am however concerned that we are all far too easily accepting the idea to go upstairs without discussing it or the other options.

 

We know 23 was killed by someone though as that is why we went up to the balcony isn't it? Unless the chemical smell is to show a game mechanic of someone dying when they try to escape alone? I was under the impression someone killed him.

 

Ok so the guys shoe is missing, he was clearly killed by someone rather than dying because he tried to escape.
