Possibly. It also states:
The Note says "Dear Fellow Brothers in the Occult Brotherhood of the Skull, I am your high priest. Should I be killed, the assassin will be given the responsibility of assembling the team. Please assemble the team for me."
It says 'assemble' the team. Maybe they have recruit powers and we don't yet know who will be with them. We don't yet know how many they get.
It does indicate JPF and an assassin may have known each other already though, as named roles.
Looks like the assassin is now their leader. The same assassin that tried to kill Lucaaas maybe?
Unless there are multiple evil teams.
Or maybe it isn't about recruiting random people, it's about finding and bringing together the team they already have?

so guys can we not get back to basics here.
1. ACS. he died, he is risen... will he come again?
2. ACS was a shaman, so far not one iota about his former role has been revealed suggesting he still has an end game @Albert's Chip Shop
3. JPF was a head priest of a brotherhood of the skull. that means whom ever hit him did so due to his actions yesterday. his power now resides in the hands of an assasin of the brotherhood of the skull.
4. What is this assembling of a team?
5. Lucaaas has saved by a bodyguard. what does that mean? why was Lucaaas targetted in the first place.. we've not even looked at this aspect yet.
6. there are 3 killing roles minimum. one is good at least. We know this.
7. There are 17 players left. as ACS rose. and luccaaas lived and no lynch occured that is 2 kills that were meant to happen but did not. How does that affect rising eveil
8. can we expect 4 to die tonight? lynch, holy arrow, assassin 1 and 2... will there be more body guard action? If we do the maths. 18-3 (x4 days) = 6 players left by day 5. 18 -4x4 = 2 people left. You can see that this may indeed be the end game intent. To have 3/4 dies a day and we get to a low number on friday to fight the rising evil.
I know it will be guesswork, but can you draw any conclusions from your experiences of running a game, along with what we learned last night, as to how many teams and bad guys we might be dealing with. The lack of knowledge of this seems to be one of our biggest stumbling blocks.
On ACS - we have ignored him completely today, which is probably just what he would want. We don't know his new role but I suspect it isn't good. Can he be killed again?
JPF is confusing. The tells he left made it more likely he would be taken out by an innocent player, but that isn't the way I read the summary.
As for the team building, is it possible that not all evil players know they are evil yet? Do the evil team(s) grow stronger through recruitment? That was the way I read it, but there must have been at least one more member (the assassin) who already knew they were evil. The fact that the known role is JPF's team is an assassin also points to there being another team with an assassin, or he was taken out by a good assassin.
Not sure why Lucaas was targeted or protected. He was one of the ones who went in heavily on Gerrez and AFC (I think - need to check back). Was that why? Or was it a random kill from someone not worried who was killed as they knew he wasn't on their team? I can't see any reason to protect Lucaas last night unless he was protecting himself without anything else to go on. He has denied protecting himslef, but that would be fairly standard. None of this tells us if he is good or bad though. A few people seem to have evil reads on him so he is one to keep an eye on.

I've made no mistake. If one is innocent it means nothing definitve about the other. As you could have easily been lying to each other as you've been lying to the town on the thread.
I will concede it makes it less likely that the other would be the opposite but not that it makes it a definitive fact.

I think we'd have more likelihood of agreeing on which one screamed like a girl than we are on who to lynch.
There are at least somd clearer allegiances appearing now though. Keeping a watchful eye.
Gerrez and AFC still haven't given me anything new to help their cause in terms of their views on OTHERS. They have had to be defensive today, but I want more positive input from them if they are to be trusted.
But I am also concerned about ACS rising from the evil dead. This seems to be going by safely for him. He's voted, buf not been voted for.
