    It's clearly B.

    Optoon b will always leave a section hanging to grab onto next time because you have to pull it further out to rip leaving some behind.

    Option A will often leave nothing hanging meaning you have to fish for the end and give the roll a swivel to find it.

    Saying all this... I don't have a stand for it in my bathroom.... So it's just resting on the side
