It didn't declare the process void. It said the application was considered properly and the process was fair except in one respect, Malcolm Clark's failure to declare an interest in the Membership Committee meeting cast doubt on the decision. As a result the decision of the FA was suspect and void. That left a decision to be made on the application, the panel decided it wouldn't be right for the FA to consider the application this late in the season so it lay on the table. The panel said Hull City could put in a new application for next season. Not semantics at all, unless you said there would be no new application and changed your mind.
AGAIN, semantics, whether you call it The Application Process, The Decision or The Application, the fact remains that Assem Allam is not going back on his word because the original process was declared void.
If you think anyone at all is happy with this situation continuing, then you're a cretin. Our Chairman wants looking up, the mental old bastard.
In other words, "You're right, I was mistaken and I apologise for calling you nasty names when in fact it was I who was stupid."
Allam really is an old fool. Who was it who said that repeating the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result is a sign of madness?
So if the decision on last years application is declared void where does that leave last years application as far as a decision is concerned right now?
It was Assem Allam,in an interview the other week... It wasn't his quote though,it was Churchill's.....or maybe Einstein??
Is he paying you, because its the only way I can imagine you could "void" this stuff Semantics? more like semen antics
It leaves the club having to submit a new application because that was the decision of the panel, unanimously including the person picked by AA
