They changed the rules this year to say it's 6 games and not 3.

The clear precedent is the rule that says 6 matches for spitting
The rule also says you don't need to hit, just spit at, which he clearly did

swansea away is a very very tough game.... we have to play that first.. hopefully we win the cup game first easy.
Exactly, the Geordie boss had a chance to open his grid when they named Taylor as ref for the game and put pressure on him to prove his neutrality.
