I expected a heavy defeat, but I didn't expect us to be so undisciplined. A red card in the first game and bunch of players on a yellow.

City were fantastic though. I would have taken the 4-0 without the yellow and red cards.

Now we have two important home games coming up and we're short in defence and midfield. You just couldn't write this shower of ****.

    Ratings -

Krul - 8 - Definitely MOTM. If it wasn't for him we'd have lost 7/8-0 and that would have been a fair reflection on this **** game.

Debuchy - 1 - Really can't believe this ****. Loses his composure so easily and gets a stupid yellow. That pathetic attempt at a slide tackle that allowed Nasri in. He could have got himself a straight red if he caught him, and we were already 3-0 down.

Colo - 5 - Didn't do a lot wrong, but just completely bum raped by Cities runs. Composed on the ball as usual.

Mbiwa - 4 - Some great defending at times, and his pace will come in handy, but could have been sent off in the first half. Loss of composure and discipline.

    Saylor - 0 - Fat ****er.

Dummett - 6 - I was impressed. He made some great runs and showed promise in attack. Really did well against Navas at times. Some great blocks to keep out the crosses.

Sissoko - 4 - Some good runs but couldn't really do much to influence the game other than chase players around.

Jonas - n/a - Didn't do a lot wrong, had to do his job and stay back.

Tiote - 5 - Didn't have a bad game. Can't believe in a game like this he was one of the coolest heads. Some good interceptions and challenges. Lost the ball a few times, but other than that he was ok. Only shot on target.

Anita - 3 - Anonymous for most of his time on the pitch.

Ben Arfa - 5.5 - Was the only player on the pitch that ever threatened City. Showed some great skill but couldn't quite create.

Gouff - 3 - Worked his nutsack off when he was on, but couldn't really influence the play.

Cisse - 4.5 - Felt bad for him. Just no service at all. What can he do? Held the ball up well at times, put the ball in the box for no one.

    Sammy - 4 - Some decent work.

    MOTM - Krul.

    Overall - ****.

We should have bit QPR's hand off when they wanted Taylor, we could have Clint Hill in return - good, honest ****ness rather than delusions of fat **** grandeur like Taylor

Can't argue with that. Really disappointed in Taylor and Debuchy, they let us down badly tonight.

Don't forget Timmy, made some world class saves and kept it mildly respectable

    Fair enough assessment.

A couple of positives clutching at straws.

Dummett - should have been given a chance from the start and did well.
    HBA - he looked fit.
and Saylor - misses 3 games hopefully.

So probably does Jonas, giving Anita or Marv a chance to start like they should do

Krul and Ben Arfa 1st half were the only one's who can gain any credit out of that rubbish.

To be fair Jonas was ok when he was on the pitch, disagree about Cisse, thought he gave up far to easily, yes service was ****, but still show some effort. Hopefully defence will improve now Saylor suspended, really is a liability.

Speaks volumes the local lad from the academy is head and shoulders above. And Timmy, who having spent his development years here, falls into that category too. Makes you wonder where it went wrong for Stevie?

Whilst not back to his absolute best, thought Tiote looked a lot better tonight than last season. Lost the ball a couple of times but got on with breaking things up and making simple passes - much better.

Krul - 7 - Really good saves, tempered with the fact he shouldn't have let Aguero or Toure score.

Debuchy - 1 - He was soooooo shocking tonight. He tried his heart out, but lacks intelligence and defensive nous.

    Colo - 4.5 -mmmmm

Mbiwa - 5.5 - I thought he was the stand-out outfielder first-half. Looked nice and neat off the ball, when out wide, made intelligent runs. Defended ok, but did get worse.

Saylor - 1 - Woeful defending in every sense, and then he got sent off. His worst performance in black and white.

    Sissoko - 4 - Ineffective.

Jonas - 5 - Looked decent while he was on, actually.

Tiote - 3 - I thought Tiote was s***. He lost the ball so many times, and from where he plays, it's criminal against a team like City. Looks fit and strong though.

    Anita - 3 - Pretty cack.

Ben Arfa - 5 - Some nice little runs, but woeful defensively.

Gouff - 2 - Out of the game, didn't do much except get caught offside.

Cisse - 2 - He can't create anything for himself. Oh how I wish we had Demba back... Cisse runs about and looks gormless. Great job Cisse.

I think a certain line has to be drawn under the NUFC career of Matheiu Debuchy. He is poor. Very poor...

And not in a normal NUFC level of poor. Disconcertingly lower, much lower.

What was the excuse for tonight's shambolic, undisciplined showing Matheiu???

Was it your spoilt best 'fwend' refusing to play? You reckon if you play like that Mr. Wenger will take you too?

    "Ahh fwend..."

    "...Fwend."
