Nah, I don't think he should be transfer listed. Carroll broke another players jaw, and we stuck with him.
Tiote has been on and off in this last year or so due to injuries and getting back into shape, but he has shown good form at times, and played well. No one can do his job nearly as well.
I don't agree with the people who say he was at his best in his first season. He was more consistent and stayed injury free, but he made far more unprofessional mistakes, and his best performances were more recent ones, like against Manure in Jan.
He was also good when we played our 4-3-3 formation last season, and went on our long stretch of games.
