Home made burgers are as easy as making toast and well worth it. I chop up some habenero chillies, garlic and onions. Mix that in with you favourate mince and an egg yolk binds it all together. Make the patties to your prefered thickness/size. Stick em on the charcoal and cook slowly turning carefully and often. Stick em in a good "BREAD CAKE" with salad and cheddar your favoured chutneys and gorge ! Now,where's that ****ing sunshine ????

I got some Local Sausages from Leeds once, they had all the hallmarks of a good Sausage, established over 100years ago, 95% pork - all from local pigs, big and chunky, full of flavour and had won a few awards.

In reality what i got was Something that was full of **** ( trotters, lips and arseholes) - thin and flacid which left a sour taste, obviously still living on some ****ty awards they got a few years ago, the only thing true was the fact they're made from local pigs.....

The butchers in the Quadrant make great burgers etc.

I am actually moving away from BBQ altogether. The best outside party food has to be pizza.
    Buy a pizza stone.
Make or buy pizza bases (small ones for kids). Make a tomato and basel mix for the first layer and put it into a bowl. Prepare various toppings and put them into bowls.

Light the charcoal and when it is ready, push it to the sides of the bbq. Put your stone onto the grill and close the lid for 20 minutes. Get your guests to make up their own pizzas and place them on the stone. A thin based pizza cooks in around two minutes. If it is raining use the stone in the oven. The stone makes the difference. Even shop bought cheap pizzas taste better somehow. I bought my stone for £18 in John Lewis.

PS Kemptons burger meat will taste great as a topping!

A great topping ? A great topping ? Heathen ! That's it im not posting on here again. I give you the recipe for the finest Klutz burgers , and this awful Mel character, reckons it would make a nice topping for his dirty pizzas. Goodbye to all. It has been beautiful knowing you !

I had a Dawson burger the other day, it was decent, but there was only meat on the left hand side.

Smokers been on hour a couple of hours, with half a hand of pork marinated in treacle and golden syrup, half a pint of bitter and chinese seasoning just another 3 hours to go!
