Brazilian players hip swaying, dancing goal celebrations.

In fact, any goal celebrations that aren't basically a fist pumping, adrenaline filled, screaming. aimlessly running, team-mate jumping, corner flag kicking joyfest.

No dancing. No babes in arm swinging or thumb sucking. No imitating a rutting giraffe. None of that nonsense.

Possibly making a heart shape with your hands and looking to the sky if you've recently lost a close relative, but that's it for gestures.
What's wrong with a good old fashioned handshake and a dignified trot back to the half way line to restart the game?

It's very humid up here today even though we've had a huge storm during the night.

We had some impressive thunder and a bit of rain about seven thirty this morning; after which it felt deliciously fresh.

For about 10 minutes.

I've just got back from walking the dog and I'm dripping.

Humidity already at 75% and due to rise to 87% later today.

I'm totally going to have to change my plans for the day.

Consequently I'm now going to drink lager rather than IPA.

#staysafe

Yesterday on the M25 a crash occurred leaving one vehicle in the outside lane of four. The police / highways agency closed the motorway for over 8 hrs. This in temperatures of 35° the emergency services had to attend at least 10 incidents among those stuck in the resulting traffic jam, one required an air ambulance.

Of course they need to investigate the initial accident but come on they could have kept a couple of lanes open and let the traffic through.

It was nothing to do with an investigation, there was a major spillage that caused extensive damage to the carriageway and it had to be resurfaced.

You can feel the humidity as this mornings rain is evaporating... going to be unpleasant at tea time...
It was warm on the golf course this morning I can tell you and no mistake. (So warm it’s made me write in italics for some reason!)
Caught in the rain which was nice, but exposed @askewshair lack of foresight when I put my brolley up and he stood in the rain instead <laugh>
Was warm which was fine. but the humidity was hard work tbh

Leave the one that you were wearing the last time I saw you at home, in the wheelie bin. :emoticon-0138-think

It's our time.
You cheeky twat. It's the height of fashion where I live. Just a pre warning, and I've bought another one for the new season, and a back up for the slightly clement weather. I'll let you touch it the next time I see you, if you're lucky.
