FLW understands that Swansea City's 26 year old right-back Josh Key is wanted by a plethora of second tier rivals, with Preston North End, Portsmouth and QPR all keen on the 6' tall defender.

Key had a one-year option clause triggered last year to extend his contract into 2027, but his current deal's status means that he is heading into his final year at Swansea come the start of July.

Signed from Exeter City in 2023, he has made 104 appearances for Swansea, scoring 5 goals.

Pompey now being linked with 21 year old 5' 10" tall striker Dom Ballard from Orient FC. Previously in Saint's academy, he scored 23 goals in 40 matches last season, hence interest from Pompey, West Ham, Werder Bremen, Swansea City and Bristol City.

Pompey along with Swansea and Watford are interested in signing 21 year old defensive midfielder Mate Tuboly from Slovakian side Dunajska Streda. Pompey have apparently bid £1.3 million for the 6' 1" tall Hungarian under 21 International. Mark Kosznovszky is a fellow countryman!

Portsmouth in transfer negotiations with UD Almeria for 22year old, 10-goal Serbia striker Marko Milovanović who stands 6' 4" tall. ​

Although, the suggestion that a deal has already been struck to bring the 22-year-old to Fratton Park for €5m is premature!! The Blues’ initial offer for Milovanović was initially rejected by the Segunda División outfit.​

However, there is hope that a second offer which has been tabled will be enough to convince La Unión to part company with a player they bought to Spain from Partizan in 2022 on a six-year deal.
Since then, Milovanović has featured 35 times for Almeria in all competitions - including 13 in La Liga - scoring three goals. Last season, though, his stock rose after netting 10 goals in 32 loan appearances for Portuguese side Alverca as they finished 11th in Liga Portugal.

The Peterborough Telegraph are reporting that Pompey are interested in signing 26 year old Archie Collins who is a free agent when his contract expires at the end of the month.
Collins turned down a new deal at Peterborough, reportedly hoping to secure a move to the Championship. The 5' 9" tall midfielder has been one of the most consistent performers in the EFL for several seasons now. A tidy, hard-working central midfielder who keeps things ticking over, he's also got an excellent fitness record and rarely misses games.
