I'm also curious as normally this talk of penalties only comes when the accounts are released in march. Presumably our position is only known because the efl had been keeping such a close eye. Begs the question why they approved it.
I think I've read the EFL don't care about our PSR/FFP, just our ability to pay other clubs.
Seems strange though as it effectively makes them complicit in "cheating".

I think if Acun was worried about it at all he would not be flying fans over to turkey and taking Ollie out on boat trips.
So twice in a season we are getting punished for things that won't count next season.
