You’ve deffo got a strong point but I just don’t like to think that way, I’d rather see us strive to take the next step up. Feel with the amount of clubs in Europe etc there is a decent chance.

Not posting this to be argumentative, but imo he'd be a decent sensible signing. And he's from 'ull. Likely not that much money for a very decent LB.
We will have to take a few gambles, and push the boat out, but there's room and need for solid, sensible signings too.
You only have to look at the benches if some teams and they have 50 million players sat on their arses. Challenging can be done if you have a solid plan over a few years. Plenty of non fashionable clubs doing well. In fact it kind of makes a mockery of the wealthier clubs.
I like Tymon, but feels like you could get a solid full-back from abroad who’s played at a better standard without paying very much.

Thats an excellent point. We are used to thinking about costs and values in the Championship. Step up a level and it doesn't feel like its even being measured on the same scale. Like my dad going on about £5 a pint in London.
