The murderer, or his brother, showed the police an injury he received.

Nowak was in someone's garden being helped by a witness who said he thinks he fell from a height and is bleeding from the mouth

Nowak said he was stabbed in the face, probably not aware of how badly he was hurt

What would make YOU check for internal bleeding if 4 people who were actually with him, 3 who will have some sort of training, didn’t?
