If anyone at the club actually reads forums. This would be my (realistic) 5 point plan to get the fans back on side. I'll even let them call it Operation LincolnSaint because I'm a decent chap.

1) Season tickets. I don't think fans asking for 25% reduction are being pragmatic. A decent reduction of 5% +1% for every year they've been a ST holder.
2) Spend. Go as far as we can while still staying in PSR or whatever the new rules are, this can come from Dragan's own pocket under the new rules.
3) Sack Parsons. Someone senior has got to take a fall and if it's between Tonda and old Half-term Phil, I pick Phil.
4) Start getting really ****ing nasty. Offer the FA/EFL a chance. Tell them we'll drop everything if they get rid of the points deduction and no ban for TE. If they don't tie them up in legal mess for years costing them a **** tonne, doesn't matter if we're even successful just let them know that two can play the old lawfare game.
5) Ban everything to do with Boro. Their club leaders permanently banned from SMS, refuse to buy or sell players to that club, do everything in our power to start ****ing with them. I want that whiny little club crushed as much as we can.

Half term Phil <laugh>

Lets be honest, this is Sports Republic Saints so here is what is going to happen;

The club is going to put the house on Eckert not being banned by the FA in spite of it being incredibly likely he gets a severe ban.

Eckert will then be given a season long ban 1 game into the season.

The club then frantically scramble to find a new manager in a fashion that makes it apparent that they have somehow been taken completely by surprise and we end up with Will Still mark II or Adam Lallana.

The season collapses into shambles.

The only ONLY way they get away with this, is if somehow against expectation Eckert gets cleared by the FA and he then gets us straight into the autos and keeps us there all the way to promotion.

For me, it’s very obvious Dragan wants to retain everyone & I wonder if the legal flexing is to ensure the FA don’t do anything above a suspended sentence for TE et al.

If that’s his plan and I have already said this , it’s a very VERY risky policy imho .

I don’t think the FA will take kindly the idea Dragan is attempting to apply pressure .
As has been said , they’re likely to announce a ban 1bgame into the season , or a few days before .

The FA will clearly not do that. Any bans will come sooner rather than later.

The way this plays out;

We keep Tonda, everyone gets excited, and then he fails to win in the first five games of the season, is sacked in October, and our club and fans look even more f*cking stupid than they already currently do.

Yeah this is how I see it. Tonda won’t last the season and everyone will have egg on their faces as he was only any good because of the spying

It's good to hear from Tonda at last, I agree the clips away are a bit silly but, Tonda's obviously not editing the video so that's not his fault despite some people wanting it to be.

Saints have finally shown where they stand, personally I don't agree with keeping Parsons (he's made this whole situation a lot worse than it could've been, plus he's got one of those faces that only a mother could love). I do agree with keeping Tonda.

I do hope we pursue legal action of our own if the FA/ EFL punish us any further - reading the clubs statements today, I don't think that's off the table. I've had enough of us just rolling over.

Well, at least now we know where we stand.

I dont agree one bit. I want them all out. That wont be happening, and so next season needs to be ****ing spectacular for forgiveness.

However, i will still support the team from day 1 and look forward to next season.

Where has it been said they’re likely to announce a ban 1bgame into the season , or a few days before ."? Other than by rabid SR out posters on here and elsewhere, possibly by foaming and frothing indignant smoggies. How is the assertion that bans, if they are (or can be) to be applied, will be announced just before or early into next season arrived at?
