Ok talk of selling the likes of McBurnie is madness to me, he is one of the leaders of this pack, it isn't just about the goals he will bring us, its all also about the influence he has on the pitch, and in the changing room I imagine, not to mention his defensive efforts at set pieces etc. Yes by all means get someone else in to shoulder the burden but he for me is the first name on the team sheet. Crooks is another, over the last 4 games, he was immense, when the going gets tough you need these characters on the pitch, id even say Egan being another. Get the runners around them but there is your spine. One position id definitely look at is the gk, Pandur either needs to work hard on his distribution or be an understudy, his decision making needs to improve as well, we can't afford to have a ditherer or someone that keeps adding to the pressure we no doubt will face while kicking it straight to the opposition 70% of the time.
