Adele Avenue :emoticon-0138-think Stands back and puts tin helmet on…
I'll twist you with Allam Avenue. Be a good link to the other public buildings bearing the name.
It really is a difficult one. Its hardly fair to name it after one player when so many have left their mark or made a significant contribution over the years, so you are left with Tigers, City or other equally naff suggestions.
Its a bit like the club anthem/song idea, we need someone to come up with something really original and relevant to the club and the city.
The idea will probably end up as a paper ball in a waste paper basket somewhere, along with the statue or plaque to Ebenezor Cobb Morley, the public space to recognise where the centre circle was at Boothferry Park, likewise any recognition to the old Anlaby Road Ground, the club museum, etc etc.
My suggestion was a pisstake by the way.

The ship looks as though it's docked on some sort of frame. How does that work? Does it dock at high tide then sink onto the frame as the tide goes out? And the frame must be rigid, fixed to the ground, no?
