Poor match overall. Rice was the best pen for Arsenal, turned and ran at the ball quickly and caught the keeper flat footed. If you can't hit the target in the shootout then you're in bother.

A tad unfair considering how we've played to get where we are.

I thought the ref was biased to PSG. Not sure how Arsenal didn't get a penalty.
Mosquera should’ve been sent off and Saka’s handball could’ve easily been a penalty. Madueke seemed to lock his arm around Mendes for that shout although I will admit it could’ve been given.

But only one team came to play football imo. Supposed to be the biggest match in world football and Arsenal turned it into a snoozefest by parking the bus

Same for us against Sheffield United and Coventry!

How should Mosquera have been sent off? Should never have been given his first yellow as the PSG lads were throwing the ball away multiple times without a caution. For the penalty he makes a clear attempt to get the ball, meaning the penalty was enough.

Ref was pap.

Absolutely no comparison in my opinion, Sunderland scored two goals at Coventry and two at Wembley ...

... we were the better team against both of them and didn't settle for penalties in either game.

Arsenal sat back at 1-0 and again at 1-1, dreary performance from title winners ...

... Sunderland, weren't champions, we had only managed the play-offs.

They celebrated a corner ffs!

Tells you everything about their season!

We sat back against Coventry in the 2nd leg trying to defend our lead with the hope of getting another. We didn't really come into it until the 85th minute.

We've also played like that for large part of the season.

Arsenal got a goal and tried to contain PSG in the hope of getting a 2nd which Havertz should have done.

You might want to tell a few of our lads not to get us going after winning a corner or throw in like they've done multiple times this year.

It's about building positivity, getting the fans going and putting pressure on the opposition.
